A Quality Control Supervisor ensures products meet company and regulatory standards by overseeing inspection teams, implementing quality protocols, and managing, or troubleshooting, production processes. They are responsible for reducing, or eliminating, defects, improving, and maintaining, high, quality, standards, and training personnel on compliance. Key skills include, but are not limited to, team leadership, attention to detail, root cause analysis, and proficiency in quality management systems.
